Abstract

We have found that the sign of the Hall coefficient in Nd2-xCexCuO4-δ remains negative at all temperatures for superconducting samples with x=0.15 but that for larger x, the sign of the Hall coefficient in superconducting samples is temperature dependent. We discuss the possible presence of both hole and electron carriers in this “electron-doped” superconductor.
