Abstract
Low temperature transport properties have been studied on the two types of samples of La1.875Ba0.125CuO4 in order to elucidate the relation between low temperature phase transition and superconductivity. These two samples, being different in normal transport properties, have revealed similar pressure dependence of the characteristic temperatures related to the low temperature phase transition. Possible scenarios of electronic states are discussed.
