Zusammenfassung

Häufigkeit: Epilepsien mit reflektorisch ausgelösten Anfällen finden sich innerhalb eines allgemeinen neurologischen Krankengutes bei deutlich weniger als 1% der Epilepsiepatienten, dagegen in einer Epilepsieabteilung oder einem Epilepsiezentrum in 2–5% der Fälle [5, 12, 33]. Unter ihnen ist der Anteil der photosensi-blen Reflexepilepsien mit 2/3 am höchsten [5, 32].
