Zusammenfassung

Seit epileptische Anfälle und Epilepsien im medizinischen Schrifttum beschrieben werden, hat Ärzte und Patienten immer wieder die Frage beschäftigt, warum sich ein Anfall gerade in diesem Augenblick — und nicht im nächsten — ereignet, warum es gerade heute — und nicht morgen oder erst in drei Wochen — zu einem Anfallsgeschehen kommt.
