Zusammenfassung
Ein im Rahmen des HdA-Programms bei uns durchgeführtes Vorhaben (FKZ: 01HK366/0) befaßte sich mit experimentell-toxikologischen Untersuchungen zum Mechanismus der Krebserzeugung durch Halomethane. Vornehmliches Ziel des Vorhabens war die Charakterisierung genotoxischer Eigenschaften von Chlormethan, Brommethan, Iodmethan und Dichlormethan sowie damit in Zusammenhang stehende Untersuchungen zum Metabolismus dieser Stoffe.
