Zusammenfassung

Trotz aller Erfolge ist aueh heute noeh die Anwendung von Antidepressiva bei depressiven Patienten mit erhebliehen Problemen behaftet. Im klinisehen Alltag ist besonders bedauerlich, daß nieht alle unsere depressiven Kranken von einer antidepressiven Psyehopharmakakotherapie profitieren.
