Zusammenfassung

Nach der Wirbelsäule ist das Becken die zweithäufigste Lokalisation von Skelettmetastasen. Bei 40% der Patienten mit ossärer Filialisierung ist das Becken beteiligt [4]. In einer Zusammenstellung von 81 Patientinnen mit ossär metastasierendem Mammakarzinom fanden Frassica u. Sim [10] einen Befall der Beckenknochen mit 63% sogar noch häufiger als den der Wirbelsäule (59%).
