Zusammenfassung
Rhythmusstörungen und Herzinsuffizienz sind 2 Symptome, die das perioperative Risiko entscheidend prägen (Beitrag Erdmann in diesem Band; [10, 25, 31, 37, 44, 45, 69]). Eine optimale Strategie zur perioperativen Risikominimierung erschöpft sich jedoch nicht in der unkritischen Behandlung dieser Symptome. Sie beinhaltet vielmehr die Diagnose der diesen Symptomen zugrundeliegenden Herzerkrankung, die Abschätzung ihrer hämodynamischen Relevanz und die an der kardialen Grunderkrankung ausgerichtete präoperative Behandlung.
