Zusammenfassung

Zu Beginn meines Beitrags werde ich einen breiten Überblick über mehrdimensionale Beurteilungsverfahren geben, wobei ich besonders auf die empirische Methode eingehe. Das Modell, das ich vorschlagen werde, ist ein mehrdimensionales Verfahren, das verschiedene Beurteilungsabläufe auf ganz unterschiedlichen Achsen umfaßt.
