Criteria for the Relative Degree of Order in Self-Organization Processes

The aim of this paper is the consideration of the criteria for the relative degree of chaos or order in open systems on the basis of experimental data: K-entropy and Lyapunove exponents, Boltzmann-Gibbs-Shannon entropy, renormalized to the given value of the mean effective energy (S-theorem) and entropy production. The principle of minimum entropy production in self-organization processes is formulated.
