Zusammenfassung
Pathohistologisch ist der M. Hodgkin (MH) durch große polyploide Zellen (Sternberg Reed = SR-Zellen) und ihre Vorstufen (Hodgkin-Zellen) charakterisiert. Im Tumorgewebe treten sie allerdings zahlenmäßig gegenüber Lymphozyten, Plasmazellen, Eosinophilen und Makrophagen meist weit zurück. Dieser zelluläre Hintergrund entspricht morphologisch reaktiven Zellen.
