Zusammenfassung
Funktionsdefekte der Neutrophilen sind nicht ungewöhnlich, treten jedoch meist symptomatisch im Rahmen von Allgemeinerkrankungen auf. Primäre funktionelle Defekte dieser Zellen sind dagegen selten. Sie können durch gezielte Diagnostik in der Mehrzahl der Fälle ohne größere Schwierigkeiten erfaßt werden.
