Zusammenfassung

Störungen der Hirndurchblutung sind im Kindesalter seltener als bei Erwachsenen. Sie werden jedoch auch bei Kindern beobachtet, z.B. infolge einer intrakraniellen Druckerhöhung oder bei Migräne. Die Untersuchung der zerebralen Durchblutung ist daher ein wesentlicher Aspekt der neuropädiatrischen Diagnostik.
