Zusammenfassung

Das BGP (Bone Gla Protein) und die BAP (knochenspezifische alkalische Phosphatase) gelten als Indikatoren für die osteoblastäre Funktion, speziell bei der Hyperthyreose wurde ein diskonkordantes Verhalten der Parameter beschrieben [7]. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, das Verhalten vom BGP und BAP im zeitlichen Ablauf nach Induktion eines hyperthyreoten Zustandes zu untersuchen.
