Zusammenfassung

Nachdem am Bonner Hämophilie-Zentrum seit Juni 1984 ausschließlich Virusinaktivierte Gerinnungsfaktor-Präparate verwendet wurden, traten nur 1985 noch einmal zwei HIV-Serokonversionen nach Verwendung von trocken- bzw. mit Heptan erhitzten Faktor VIII-Präparaten auf. Seitdem kamen unter den z.Zt. betreuten 391 HIV-seronegativen Hämophilen keine Serokonversionen mehr vor.
