Zusammenfassung
Die neuen molekularbiologischen Methoden haben die Überträgerdiagnostik bei der Hämophilie A ganz entscheidend verbessert. Dabei wird in der Regel die Diagnose nicht direkt durch Erkennen des molekularen Defektes ermittelt, sondern indirekt über die Feststellung der Segregation der einzelnen X-Chromosomen innerhalb einer Familie mit DNA-Markern auch bezeichnet als RFLP’s (Restriktions-Längen-Fragment-Polymorphismen [1–4]. Diese indirekte Methode hat aber einige Schwächen und ist deshalb für eine Reihe von Familien nur begrenzt aussagekräftig [4, 5].
