Zusammenfassung

Sekundäre Immundefekte sind wesentlich häufiger als primäre Immundefekte. Bei beiden werden Morbidität und Mortalität ganz wesentlich durch Infektionen bestimmt. Aktive Immunisierungen stellen daher einen wichtigen Teilaspekt im Rahmen der Prophylaxe und Therapie dieser prognostisch oft wegweisenden Infektionen dar.
