Zusammenfassung
Daß die Behandlung der medialen Schenkelhalsfraktur, deren Häufigkeit zunimmt [12, 17], eine operative sein soll, ist keine Diskussionsgrundlage. Ziel der Operation ist die rasche Mobilisierung mit Verringerung der perioperativen Komplikationen.
