Zusammenfassung
Die theoretisch am besten untersuchte Wissensrepräsentation und häufig verwendeter Bezugspunkt für andere Wissensrepräsentationen ist die Prädikatenlogik erster Ordnung. Da ihre praktische Bedeutung für Expertensysteme jedoch relativ gering ist, benutzen wir sie vor allem als Einführung in Fragestellungen von Wissensrepräsentationssystemen und als Motivation für die Entwicklung anderer Formalismen. Ausführliche Einführungen in die Prädikatenlogik enthalten z.B. [Bibel 87], [Bläsius 87], [Charniak 85], [Genesereth 87], [Lloyd 87], [Nilsson 82], [Schöning 87].
