Total Lymphoid Irradiation in Transplantation: Experimental Background and Results in 70 Patients

It is a great honour and privilege to participate in this symposium. The value of these symposia, held in incomparable surroundings, far transcends the mere exchange of views and information. They will be a lasting tribute and memorial to the insight, wisdom and humanity of Prof. Walter Brendel. A special tribute must also go to Mechthild Stein for her role in the impeccable organization of these unique meetings.
