Zusammenfassung
Die Diagnose einer Abstoßung in der Frühphase nach Lebertransplantation anhand von Serumparametern ist aufgrund der mangelnden Spezifität erschwert. Die üblicherweise zur Bestimmung der Organfunktion verwendeten Meßgrößen wie Serum-Bilirubin, Glutamat-Oxalacetat-Transaminase (GOT), Glutamat-Pyruvat-Transaminase (GPT), Alkalische Phosphatase (AP), Fibrinogen und Quick-Wert besitzen in den ersten Tagen nach Transplantation wenig Aussage als Folge von Massentransfusion, fortgesetzter Frischplasmatherapie und der komplexen Organschädigung im Rahmen von Ischaemie und Reperfusion. Serum-Gallensäuren gelten aufgrund vorausgegangener Untersuchungen als sensitiver Parameter hepatobiliärer Funktionsstörungen [3]. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war die Untersuchung der Wertigkeit von Serum-Gallensäuren in der Diagnose einer Abstoßung in der Frühphase nach Lebertransplantation.
