Zusammenfassung
Nach systemischer Immunisierung und intragastraler Antigengabe (humanes Gammaglobulin) konnte eine Gastrinfreisetzung nachgeweisen werden [1]. Die mögliche Vermittlung dieser Immunantwort durch immunkompetente Zellen der Antrummucosa wurde diskutiert [2]. Eine lokale Immunstimulation durch intragastrale Antigengabe führte außerdem im Rattenmodell zu einer Ulcoprotektion [3], so daß möglicherweise immunkompetente Zellen des Magens und deren Mediatoren an der Genese von Ulcera beteiligt sind.
