Fibrinklebung in der Mund-, Zahn- und Kieferheilkunde

Zusammenfassung

Die präprothetisehe Chirurgie hat sich in den letzten Jahren sehr gewandelt. Während bestimmte Operationsmethoden keine Indikation mehr haben, werden neuere Methoden beschrieben. Besonders diskutiert wird die autogene Knochentransplantation. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß subperiostale Auflagerungen von Beckenkamm oder Rippe sowohl im Ober- wie Unterkiefer einer großen Resorption unterworfen sind. Diese Auflagerungsplastiken (Schmid 1954; Celesnik 1964; Obwegeser 1977) sind von den Sandwichplastiken (Barros Saint-Pasteur 1966; Schettler 1976; Bell et al. 1977) abgelöst worden, obwohl auch hier mit einer gewissen Resorption zu rechnen ist.
