Zusammenfassung
Während in den letzten Jahren zahlreiche Veröffentlichungen über stationäre Behandlungsmöglichkeiten bei Anorexia nervosa und ambulante verhaltenstherapeutische Programme bei Bulimia nervosa erschienen sind, wurde bisher kaum explizit die Möglichkeit einer gemeinsamen Behandlung beider Patientengruppen vorgestellt. Aufgrund unserer bisherigen Erfahrungen würden wir ein solches Vorgehen nachdrücklich befürworten, da wir den Eindruck haben, daß beide Gruppen sehr von der jeweiligen „Andersartigkeit“ profitieren können, wenn gewisse Rahmenbedingungen gegeben sind. Der folgende Beitrag soll daher ausführlich das Behandlungskonzept beschreiben sowie erste Ergebnisse mit einer Katamnese von mindestens 6 Monaten vorstellen.
