Craniopharyngioma: A Puzzling Neurosurgical Problem

Abstract

Craniopharyngioma is a benign tumor which may ultimately lead to death, a tumor which may relapse after months, decades, or not at all, and one which before being declared cured probably requires the longest follow-up postoperative period, indeed, a maverick among brain neoplasms.
