Zusammenfassung
Das Management des hepatozellulären Karzinoms (HCC) erfordert eine intensive chirurgisch-radiologische Kooperation. So stellen die Fortschritte der modernen Leberchirurgie hohe Anforderungen an die präoperative wie im Rahmen der Nachsorge auch postoperative Röntgendiagnostik. Besonderer Sorgfalt bedarf die Chemoembolisation als derzeit einzigem Behandlungsverfahren des inoperablen HCC.
