Zusammenfassung
Desoxyglucose wird, wie Glucose, vom Blut zu den Nervenzellen transportiert. Nach Phosphorylierung akkumuliert Desoxyglucose intracellulär. Diese Akkumulation korreliert mit der cerebralen Glucose-Utilisation. In dieser Studie wurden der cerebrale Desoxyglucose-Uptake und die cerebrale Glucose-Utilisation mittels quantitativer Autoradiographie unter normobarer Hypoxie und nach beidseitiger Carotisligatur bestimmt. Bei normobarer Hypoxie waren sowohl der Desoxyglucose-Uptake als auch die Glucose-Utilisation reduziert. Dagegen sank die cerebrale Glucose-Utilisation bei der beidseitigen Carotisligatur wesentlich stärker als der Desoxyglucose-Uptake. Vorbehandlung mit Rökan erhöhte in beiden Modellen die cerebrale Glucose-Utilisation.
