Zusammenfassung
Als Ergebnis mehrerer randomisierter Studien wurde in den 70er Jahren von der RTOG als Standardschema für die palliative Radiotherapie (RT) von ZNS-Metastasen die Ganzhirnbestrahlung mit 10–3 Gy in 2 Wochen empfohlen [1]. Es wurde ferner geprüft, ob nicht mit einer höheren Dosierung der palliativen RT auch höhere Remissionsraten erzielt werden könnten [2,5].
