Im Rahmen eines vom Bund geförderten Modellvorhabens haben verschiedene Kommunalverwaltungen die computerunterstützte Sachbearbeitung im Sozialamt mittels eines Organisationsentwicklungsprozesses eingeführt Die Nutzelbeteiligung hat sich bewährt.
Abstract
In a prototyping and participation oriented approach users in several local government units developed a computer aided system for the purposes of social administration. The participation of users led to good results.
