Zusammenfassung

Die seit erst etwa 3 Jahren von Ilisarow in der westlichen Welt vorgetragenen, in 30 Jahren erzielten Ergebnisse der Gliedmaßenverlängerung und des Knochenersatzes durch Kallusdistraktion bringen mit einem Male wieder eine Technik in Erinnerung, die schon über 60 Jahre vorher bekannt, jedoch wieder in Vergessenheit geraten war.
