Der Oberarm ist mit durchschnittlich 5–6% an allen Frakturen beteiligt [22], Schaftbrüche mit 1% [12]. Die proximalen Oberarmfrakturen haben einen Anteil von 80%, diaphysäre Schaftbrüche von durchschnittlich 15% und distale Brüche von 5% [19].
