Zusammenfassung

Bei dem sich deutlich abzeichnenden Trend [1, 2, 4, 7, 8] zur Verwendung unilateraler externer Fixateure soll in diesem Rahmen ausschließlich auf die Vorteile der nicht-rigiden externen Fixation, im besonderen auf die in axialer Richtung dynamisierbare Variante eingegangen werden (Abb. 1).
