Zusammenfassung

Das klinische Erscheinungsbild von primären und sekundären Immundefektsyndromen wird häufig durch eine gastrointestinale Symptomatik geprägt. Diese bevorzugte Manifestation von Immundefektsyndromen im Bereich des Gastrointestinaltraktes ist möglicherweise durch die Besonderheiten des hochspezialisierten darmassoziierten Immunsystems bedingt [18].
