Zusammenfassung
Yersinia enterocolitica und Yersinia pseudotuberculosis wurden in den letzten 20 Jahren in steigender Häufigkeit als Ursache einer akuten bakteriellen Gastroenteritis identifiziert [4]. Besonderes Interesse haben die enteropathogenen Yersinien durch die immunpathologischen Komplikationen (Abbildung 1) hervorgerufen, die sich nach einem apparent oder inapparent verlaufenden Infekt in folgenden Krankheitsbildern manifestieren können [3, 9, 11–14]:
