Zusammenfassung

Die Ergebnisse, die mit neuen Behandlungsprotokollen, wie 5-Fluorouracil, Adriamycin, Methotrexat (FAMTX), Etoposid, Adriamycin, Cisplatin (EAP) und Etoposid, Leucovorin, 5-Fluorouracil (ELF) erzielt wurden, weisen daraufhin, daß das Magenkarzinom ein Chemotherapie-sensibler Tumor ist [6]. Allerdings ist eine weitere Verbesserung des Zytostatikatherapie sowie eine Weiterentwicklung multimodaler Therapiestrategien unbedingt erforderlich.
