Zusammenfassung

Die Ureterosigmoidestomie hat trotz entscheidender Verbesserungen der Operationstechniken in den 50er Jahren [5, 10] nie mehr ihre ursprüngliche klinische Verbreitung erreicht. Trotz dem in neueren Berichten die Spätergebnisse mit dieser Technik [1, 11, 17], denen des Ileumconduit nicht wesentlich nachstehen, ist das Conduit über lange Zeit die Standardharnableitung geblieben.
