Zusammenfassung
Der partielle oder totale Harnblasenersatz durch Darmanteile bei Tumoren und funktionellen Störungen (Tabelle 1) hat sich bewährt und weite Verbreitung gefunden [3, 6, 9–11, 13, 14]. Die gleiche Technik eignet sich nach unseren Erfahrungen auch sehr gut bei Destruktionen der Harnblase infolge komplizierter radiogener Harnblasen-Scheiden-Fisteln. Dabei ist es durch Ersatz von Harnblase und Vagina möglich, komplizierte, mit einer weitgehenden Zerstörung von Harnblase und Vagina einhergehende Fisteln zu sanieren. Wir stellen unsere Ergebnisse des totalen und partiellen Harnblasenersatzes und der Vaginalrekonstruktion vor.
