Zusammenfassung
Es ist eine Tatsache, daß in vitro auf jeden Fall eine steile Dosis-/Wirkungsbe- ziehung zwischen den verschiedenen Substanzen sowie den verschiedenen Tumoren besteht, und daß selbst eine erworbene oder primär bestehende Resistenz von Tumorzellen durch Erhöhung der Dosis der jeweiligen Substanz überwunden werden kann.
