Zusammenfassung

Die engen anatomischen Beziehungen der Beckenorgane haben seit jeher zu einer intensiven Kooperation, aber auch interdisziplinären Diskussion, der an der Beckenchirurgie beteiligten Fachrichtungen geführt. Dies gilt sowohl für die resezierende Karzinomchirurgie als auch für die rekonstruierenden Eingriffe, insbesondere aber für die funktionellen Aspekte dieses Grenzgebiets.
