Radikale Zystoprostatektomie — Anatomischer Zugangsweg

Zusammenfassung

Eine neue Möglichkeit zur Umsetzung eines chirurgisch-standardisierten Zugangsweges von urologischen Operationen wird anhand von spezifischen topografischen anatomischen Tafeln aufgezeigt. Dabei erfolgt die Operation, hier am Beispiel der radikalen Zystoprostatektomie mit en-bloc-Lymphkno- tendissektion beim Mann, systematisch vom Hautschnitt bis zur Entnahme des Präparates an der Leiche. Alle entscheidenden chirurgischen Schritte werden anschließend an die Präparation aquarelliert.

Damit können Operationsschemata durch die exakte Dokumentation des anatomischen Zugangsweges ersetzt werden. Das intraoperative Situationsbild wird graphisch dargestellt und durch entsprechende Tricks ergänzt.
