Zusammenfassung
In den ersten zwei Jahren nach primärer Therapie zeigen 35% der Patientinnen mit Zervixkarzinom ein Rezidiv (Lele et al. 1989). Bei nicht operablen Befunden bietet sich als mögliche Therapie die Radiatio oder Chemotherapie an. Ein Ansprechen auf die Therapie kann bei beiden Formen oft erst spät beurteilt werden. Ziel unserer Untersuchung war es, die Frage zu klären, ob über den SCC-bzw. CEA-Verlauf eine frühzeitige Aussage über das Ansprechen auf die Therapie möglich ist.
