Zusammenfassung
Seit etwa 15 Jahren werden Humanpapillomavirusinfektionen mit der Entstehung genitaler Plattenepithelkarzinome in Zusammenhang gebracht (zur Hausen 1977). Die Immunantwort auf diese Infektionen ist bisher nur wenig untersucht worden. Für die hier vorgestellte Studie wurden 326 unausgewählte Patientinnen der poliklinischen Sprechstunde der Göttinger Universitätsfrauenklinik auf das Vorkommen von Antikörpern gegen Proteine des HPV-Typs 16 untersucht (L2, E4 und E7). Die Antikörper wurden mit Hilfe Prokayont-exprimierter Antigene im Western-Blot-Verfahren nachgewiesen.
