Lokal gesteigerte Fibrinolyse bei Frauen mit Spontanabort

Zusammenfassung

Eine Dysregulation des fibrinolytischen Systems wird als mögliche Ursache für Spontanabort im ersten Trimenon diskutiert [2]. Fibrin und Fibrinoid sind von funktionaler und struktureller Bedeutung für die Integrität der Placenta. Eine lokal gesteigerte Fibrinolyse könnte die Verbindung zwischen dem Trophoblasten und dem Uterusstroma stören und zum Abort führen. Sowohl eine gesteigerte Freisetzung von Gewebe-Plasminogen-Aktivator (tPA), als auch eine verminderte Produktion von Plasminogen-Aktivator-Inhibitor 1 (PAI-1) können zu gesteigerter Fibrinolyse führen. Daher haben wir diese Parameter bei Frauen während und nach Spontanabort untersucht. Ferner wurde D-Dimer bestimmt, das als Maß für Fibrinabbau dient.
