Zusammenfassung

Die Kontrolle der zytostatika-induzierten Emesis ist trotz zahlreicher Verbesserungen der letzten Jahre ein gravierendes Problem der medikamentösen Tumortherapie. Dies gilt insbesondere für Cisplatin (DDP), dem Zytostatikum mit der größten emetogenen Potenz (Penta et al. 1983).
