Chemosensitivitätstestung durch einen Dye Exclusion-Test beim Mamma- und Ovarialkarzinom

Zusammenfassung

Eine gezielte Chemotherapie bei malignen Tumoren kann nur durch eine prätherapeutische Chemosensibilitätstestung erreicht werden. Bisher angewandte Methoden wie der HTCA haben sich als Routine verfahren nicht durchgesetzt. Wir haben daher einen für gynäkologische Karzinome modifizierten Dye exclusion-Test aufbauend auf Arbeiten von Weisenthal, entwickelt (Weisenthal et al. 1983). Als Kriterium der Zytostatikawirkung wird das Ausmaß einer letalen Wirkung an der gesamten kultivierten Tumorzellpopulation zytomorphologisch erfaßt.
