Der transvaginale intratubare Embryotransfer (TV-TET)

Zusammenfassung

Im Rahmen der assistierten Reproduktion scheint die intratubare frühe Embryonalentwicklung einen positiven Einfluß auf die Schwangerschaftsrate zu besitzen [1,2]. Folglich versuchen IVF-TET den Fertilisationsnachweis in vitro zu erbringen und andererseits aber durch eine möglichst frühe Integration des Systems in den physiologischen Prozeß — bis hin zur Verkürzung der Kulturphase bei ZIFT [1, 2] — positive tubare Einflüsse zu nutzen.
