Ototoxizität bei Cisplatin-haltigen Chemotherapien

Zusammenfassung

Cis-diammino-dichlor-Platin II (Cisplatin, CDDP) ist ein hochwirksames Zytostatikum, das vorwiegend in der Behandlung von testikulären und ovariellen sowie plattenepithelialen Karzinomen des Kopf-Hals-Bereiches eingesetzt wird (Bruckner et al. 1978, Prestayko et al. 1979). Die Anwendung des Cisplatins ist jedoch von ausgeprägten toxischen Nebenwirkungen begleitet, wobei insbesondere Nierenschädigungen und die Myelosuppression im Vordergrund stehen (Bruckner et al. 1978, Prestayko et al. 1979). Daneben sind jedoch auch toxische Wirkungen auf das Gehör sowie das periphere Nervensystem beschrieben (Fausti et al. 1984, Kopelman et al. 1988).
