Zusammenfassung
Die Prognose von Patientinnen mit fortgeschrittenen gynäkologischen Malignomen ist weiterhin schlecht und durch eine aggressivere Therapie weder in der adjuvanten noch in der palliativen Situation entscheidend zu verbessern. Die klinische Prüfung von neuen therapeutischen Ansätzen — wie z.B. der aktivspezifischen Immuntherapie (ASI) — ist daher indiziert.
