Zusammenfassung
An einem 696 Schwangere aus fünf verschiedenen Zentren umfassenden Patientengut zeigte 1981 die Collaborative Group On Antenatal Steroid Therapie in einer Plazebo-kontrollierten Doppelblindstudie, daß nur weibliche Frühgeborene der 28. und 32. Schwangerschaftswoche von einer Dexamethasontherapie profitierten [1].
