Serumkollagenase bei drohender Frühgeburt und komplikationslosem Schwangerschaftsverlauf

Zusammenfassung

Der Frühgeburt liegt sicher ein multifaktorielles Geschehen zugrunde. Als disponierender Faktor ist auch eine Zervixinsuffizienz anzuschuldigen. Beim Auftreten einer Zervixinsuffizienz könnten auch der Kollagen- bzw. Kollagenasegehalt des Bindegewebes eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Bereits Veränderungen im Verhältnis der verschiedenen Kollagenasetypen können zu Störungen des Bindegewebes führen. Kollagenase spielt u.a. auch eine Rolle bei der postpartalen Involution des Uterus. Auch zahlreiche Mikroorganismen können Kollagenase produzieren.
